Net rates	The monthly adjusted and seasonal rates are in US$. They include basic room rate and breakfast. Local tax and service charges are not included.
Extras	Laundry, lunch and dinner, drinks other than tea and water. Lunch and snacks are à la carte, dinner is daily set 3- or 4-course. For children under 10 sleep and breakfast are free of charge. Maximum of two children sharing parent's room. Baby cot is free. Extra bed for child between 11 and 17 years-old is $70, including breakfast. Extra bed for additional adult 18 years and above is $90, including breakfast. Airport transfer approximately $100 each way is available on request.
Checking in and out	Check in is at 2 PM. Check out is flexible but expect to check out at noon if new guests are expected.
Booking / cancellation	50% deposit upon booking (see below). Balance is to be paid upon check out. In case of cancellation, deposit is refundable with a minimum of 6 weeks' notice before arrival. In this case we will charge $50 administration fee for each suite booked. Your deposit is non-refundable if notice is given less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
